First attempt at differential staining

To go with my nice new microscope, I got some stains, to make it easier to see things. Here’s my first attempt at a differential stain: cheek cells, stained with haematoxylin and eosin:

The haematoxylin stains the cell nuclei purple, and the eosin stains the rest of the cell pink.
